“Rachel & Victoria not only met my expectations of getting the perfect engagement ring, but went beyond what I could have ever hoped for! Keeping the proposal a surprise from my fiance was tough, but I knew it would make the day even more special. Rachel & Victoria knew exactly how to navigate maintaining the surprise and were the best sidekicks! They were always personable, and the process of getting the ring went smoothly. I never felt pressured at any point, and they actually gave me a ton of freedom. I even got to engrave the inside of the ring with a special phrase my fiance and I share. Now my fiance absolutely loves the ring and says it is beyond her wildest dreams! Not to mention she is constantly showered with compliments from everyone who sees it. “I knew I wanted a timeless and classic ring, but every store I went into all of the “timeless or classic” ones looked the same. They all looked boring and dull. “My knowledge of anything 4 C’s before this experience was non existent. I was really overwhelmed with the amount of information I needed to learn, and it seemed that any jeweler I went to was more interested in making the sale than actually educating me. “Rachel & Victoria helped me pull off the surprise of a lifetime for my fiancé. I wanted to make sure it was a surprise and that she had no idea it was coming, but had no clue what she liked or didn’t like in engagement rings. “After going into big brand jewelry stores and doing as much research as I could, I was really discouraged.
